4. Usage Limits and Rate Limiting

Our AI playground operates under the following usage tiers:

• Anonymous Users: 5 free AI interactions
• Email-Registered Users: 30 total AI interactions
• Premium Users: Unlimited access (paid subscription)

We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time. Attempting to circumvent rate limits may result in account suspension.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with the proper functioning of our services
• Use automated systems to access our services without permission
• Generate content that is harmful, misleading, or deceptive

6. Intellectual Property

7. AI-Generated Content

8. Payment and Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed according to the plan selected at checkout. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
